जल्द मिल सकता है 9455 जेबीटी को नियुक्ति पत्र

चंडीगढ़ : शिक्षा विभाग में चयनित 9455 जेबीटी टीचर्स को मंगलवार को बड़ी राहत मिली है। भर्ती संदर्भ में सीएफएसएल द्वारा दी गई जांच रिपोर्ट में भर्ती के रिकार्ड को सही बताया गया है। अब इनकी नियुक्ति का रास्ता लगभग साफ हो गया है। पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्टमें सीएफएसएल की चंडीगढ़ स्थित लैब ने 4 पेज की रिपोर्ट दी। हाईकोर्ट ने रिपोर्ट की कॉपी याची पक्ष को दे कर बहस के लिए 31 मार्च का दिन निर्धारित किया है। हालांकि बेंच मामले की सुनवाई बुधवार को रखी थी, लेकिन याचिकाकर्ताओं के आग्रह पर 31 मार्च को निर्णायक सुनवाई रख दी गई है।
सीएफएसएल लैब ने 4 पेज की रिपोर्ट में 9455 जेबीटी भर्ती के पेन ड्राइव के डाटा व चयन सूची के डाटा को हूबहू बताया है और त्रुटि नहीं पाई। अब जेबीटी शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति पर लगी रोक 31 मार्च को हटने के आसार हैं। इन चयनित जेबीटी की नियुक्ति पर रोक को 19 माह बीत चुके हैं। शिक्षा विभाग को राहत मिलेगी, क्योकि 1 अप्रैल से नया सत्र शुरू होगा।

MIS पोर्टल के माध्यम से होंगे सरकारी स्कूलों के सभी काम

दाखिले के साथ-साथ विद्यार्थियों और अध्यापकों के डाटा को सरलता से उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से 1 अप्रैल को एडमिशन पोर्टल लाच किया जाएगा। इसका नाम 'परिवर्तन स्कूल एमआइएस पोर्टल' रखा गया है। 1 अप्रैल से सरकारी स्कूलों में दाखिला प्रक्रिया शुरू है और इसमें यह पोर्टल काफी कारगर साबित होने वाला है। स्कूलों में दाखिला से लेकर विषय बाटने का काम परिवर्तन पोर्टल के माध्यम से होगा। सारा सिस्टम डिजीटलाइज करने के लिए शिक्षा विभाग की यह पहल है। पोर्टल के जरिए नए सेशन में एडमिशन, री-एडमिशन, स्कूल चेंज, स्टूडेंट्स अटेंडेंस, सेक्शन चुनाव से लेकर विषयों के चयन, टाइम टेबल व स्कूल लीविंग सर्टिफिकेट तक का काम हो सकेगा। इसके अलावा सभी स्टूडेंट्स को स्कॉलरशिप, किताबें, मिड-डे-मील की अदायगी भी इसी सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से की जाएगी।
टीचर्स के काम भी होंगे पोर्टल पर
पोर्टल के माध्यम से टीचर्स से जुड़े काम भी किए जा सकेंगे। इसमें टीचर्स ट्रासफर, प्रमोशन, नई भर्ती, डेपुटेशन के अलावा एसीपी, सेवा में विस्तार, मेडिकल बिल अदायगी, लोन, छुट्टी, विदेश टूर, हायर एजूकेशन जैसी गतिविधियों के लिए भी इसका सहारा लिया जा सकेगा।
विभाग का बहुत अच्छा कदम : चौपड़ा
इस बारे में खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी मदन चौपड़ा ने बताया कि एमआइएस डाटा पोर्टल विभाग की ओर से लाच किया जा रहा है। इसमें विद्यार्थी, अभिभावक व अध्यापकों से जुड़ी जानकारिया भी होंगी। यह विद्यार्थियों के साथ शिक्षा जगत से जुड़े लोगों के लिए काफी फायदेमंद होगा।।

1.Go To URL http://esalaryhry.nic.in/login.aspx
2.Then Go to Section" Quick Links" .There Click on " Check Your Payment Details".
3.Then enter your Payee Code or UCP Code or EPS Code.These are three same name of Payee Code.
4.Then 'Select Your Choice" and Select " Account No."
5.Then enter your Bank Account Number of Concerned Payee Code.
6.Then Click on Get List.

Result:You will get list payments done to  Payee yearwise.

Violation of Section 27 of RTE Act 2009 which prohibit Non-Academic duties for Teachers

School examination is going on and so is invigilation duties, paper marking, preparation of result based on CCE. Financial year is ending so funds registers have to be completed and now comes child mapping duties in which teachers have to survey the nearest locality and fill the 20 odd columns in performa and then type all the contents in computer and then copy it in CD.
And all being is done in violation of Section 27 of RTE Act 2009 which prohibit Non-Academic duties for teachers except Census,Election and Disaster duties.
