Violation of Section 27 of RTE Act 2009 which prohibit Non-Academic duties for Teachers

School examination is going on and so is invigilation duties, paper marking, preparation of result based on CCE. Financial year is ending so funds registers have to be completed and now comes child mapping duties in which teachers have to survey the nearest locality and fill the 20 odd columns in performa and then type all the contents in computer and then copy it in CD.
And all being is done in violation of Section 27 of RTE Act 2009 which prohibit Non-Academic duties for teachers except Census,Election and Disaster duties.
